Day 1 Arrive Ho Chi Minh City

On arrival at Ho Chi Minh’s Tan Son Nhat International airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel in town. The rest of the day is free to explore this dynamic city. Overnight in HCMC.

Day 2 Ho Chi Minh city – Cao Dai Temple – Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L)

This morning you drive to Cao Dai Temples in Tay Ninh – Cao Dai Holysee Temple is the cathedral of the Cao Daism religion with the Divine Eye – official symbol of Caodaism. Cao Dai followers worship Jesus Christ, Confucius, Taoism, and Buddha. Time to observe the midday service.
Following lunch you will drive to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels – Cu Chi Tunnels consist of more than 200km of underground tunnels. This main axis system has many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels. Day 3 Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta ( My Tho) – Ho Chi Minh (B, L )

At 08.00 we leave Ho Chi Minh city behind and head to Vietnam’s rice basket, the Mekong Delta. We will pass through idyllic, rural scenes until we arrive at My Tho, a peaceful town on the bank of the Mekong River, where we will visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda. Next we will have a boat ride on the Mekong, visit local homes and orchards, a coconut candy workshop, a honeybee farm, take a sampan ride on palm-shaded creeks, try a taste of seasonal fruit and honey tea and enjoy a performance of traditional Southern singing. We return to Ho Chi Minh city

Day 4 Ho Chi Minh city – Nha Trang (B)

This half – day city tour unravels Saigon’s turbulent past and also provides a glimpse into the fascinating variety the city has to offer. We first visit the Reunification Palace: Here on April 30th 1975 the war officially ended when tank 843 of the North Vietnamese Army crashed through the gates of what was, at the time, the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. We then continue to the War Remnants Museum: This is a poignant display of the futility of war, the Notre Dame Cathedral and General Post Office: Built between 1877 and 1883 this is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture. Transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for a short flight to Nha Trang.
Arrive in Cam Ranh airport (Nha Trang) and transfer to our central located hotel. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 5 Nha Trang (B)

After breakfast we are transferred to the docks to board our boat for a day of relaxation. We visit a local fishing village to experience the daily life and routine of the local fishermen and their families. After that we cruise to Tam Island where we’ll have a great chance to snorkel and swim in the clear blue waters. We return to our hotel in the late afternoon. The rest of the day is free to enjoy the comfort of our hotel or just relax and sunbath at the town beach.

Day 6 Nha Trang (B)

The whole day will be at leisure. We can relax and stroll along the beach of this seaside city. There is an option go to the Thap Ba hot springs to enjoy a soak in the therapeutic mud and a relaxing massage.

Day 7 Nha Trang – Hanoi (B, D)

Today you leave Nha Trang for Hanoi capital. Pick-up and transfer to Cam Ranh airport for flight to Ha Noi. To night you are transferred out for welcome dinner at a super restaurant in the French Quarter. In the evening enjoy the famous traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 8 Halong Bay Excursion (B/L)

Morning pick up at your hotel and leave for Halong. Stop en route for a short break in Hai Duong city (20 mins). We arrive in Halong at mid-day then embark on a four hour boat trip to cruise Halong Bay. We will enjoy a guided tour to Thien Cung Cave for exiting exploration before returning to our boat for a scrumptious seafood lunch. Continue the boat trip to enjoy the extremely beautiful scenery on Ha Long bay. We will cruise through a floating fisherman village to learn more about their floating life. Return back to the harbor and board the vehicle for the return journey to Hanoi. Arrive in Ha Noi in the evening.

Day 9 Hanoi City Tour (B/L)

The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples. This full-day tour takes you around Hanoi ‘s most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and his Stilt House, Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda nearby, The Temple of Literature and the Vietnam Ethnology Museum ,we visit the Old Quarter also known as the 36 streets and guilds by cyclo . Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 10 Hanoi – Departure (B)

Free at leisure until transfer to the airport for the flight back home.
